1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Silvia Websites for web design and development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with our services.

2. Services

Silvia Websites provides custom web design and development services, including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Branding and SEO services
• Website copywriting
• Domain and hosting setup
• Booking system integration

3. Pricing and Payment

Each project is quoted individually before work begins. Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due on completion or as agreed in writing
• All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
• Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately
• Domain registration fees are separate and paid annually to the domain registrar

4. Project Timeline

Project delivery times are estimates agreed at the start of the project. Delays may occur due to client feedback cycles, content provision, or unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any significant delays and work to resolve them promptly.

5. Revisions

A reasonable number of revision rounds is included in every project and agreed in writing before work begins. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur further charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Reviewing and approving designs and content within agreed timeframes
• Ensuring all provided content is accurate and does not infringe on third-party rights

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the website and all its content. The client grants Silvia Websites permission to use the completed website as a portfolio example unless otherwise agreed. Any third-party assets (fonts, images, etc.) remain subject to their respective licenses.

8. Hosting and Maintenance

Hosting is included as part of the project unless otherwise agreed. Clients are responsible for:

• Annual domain registration fees (typically £10–£20/year)
• Any third-party service subscriptions (e.g., booking systems)
• Any agreed fees for post-launch changes or ongoing support

9. Post-Launch Changes

Once a project is delivered and approved, any changes, additions, or updates to the website are handled on request for a small fee, quoted before the work is carried out. Clients do not have direct access to edit the website themselves.

10. Limitation of Liability

Silvia Websites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

If a project is cancelled before completion, payment for work completed up to that point is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs before work begins, a full refund may be provided at our discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

Silvia Websites reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
